1. Non-contact measurement, no medium contamination, low maintenance cost

The ultrasonic level meter measures the liquid level or material level by means of sound wave reflection. The sensor does not need to be in direct contact with the measured medium. Therefore, it will not cause contamination to liquids, pharmaceuticals, food raw materials or chemical media, and is not easily affected by medium corrosion, wear and adhesion. For the food, pharmaceutical, water treatment and chemical industries, this measurement method is more hygienic and safe, and can also reduce daily cleaning and maintenance work.


2. Wide applicable medium, not easily affected by medium characteristics

The ultrasonic level meter can measure liquids, slurries, particles and powdery materials, and is relatively insensitive to the conductivity, dielectric constant, density and color of the medium. Whether it is clear water, sewage, acid-base liquids, or cement powder, grains, plastic particles and mineral powder, as long as the working conditions are suitable, it can be used for continuous measurement by ultrasonic. It can cover various material types and reduce the need for customers to change measurement principles for different media.


3. Flexible installation, convenient for new construction and renovation projects

The ultrasonic level meter usually adopts top installation, does not need to open holes on the side wall of the container, and does not require complex bypass pipes and mechanical transmission structures. It can be installed above storage tanks, water tanks, silos and open channels, and has a small impact on existing equipment. The installation position can be flexibly adjusted according to the on-site space, and the debugging and maintenance are also relatively convenient, suitable for new projects and upgrading of old equipment.


4. Stable continuous monitoring, supports automatic control

The ultrasonic level meter can continuously output liquid level or material level data and connect to PLC, RTU, display instruments and remote monitoring platforms.
